The character of this residential scheme was developed in collaboration with Potten Homes. Each house is individually designed to respond to its location on site corresponding to their orientation to make the best of views and solar condition.

The houses will be provided in kit form enabling them to be easily constructed whilst maintaining the standards required to keep high levels of thermal retention and energy efficiency.
