The proposed site layout seeks to provide a distinctive landmark building set on the corner of Tower Parade and Beach Walk in Whitstable.

This building is conceived as a squared off skeletal form which allows a good internal apartment layouts; that is extruded to the extremities of the site consequently maximising the possible use of the land and providing a building that is inherently contextual in its form and vibrant.
