This is a redevelopment of under-utilised farm yard for six detached ‘arts and craft’ style houses. Our approach takes cues from the main components that make up the soft flowing language of the rural style.

We have reinterpreted these components to develop a relevant modern language for the housing on this site that also references the Arts and Craft tradition that is evident in this area of Kent.
