Lympne Hall Garden Room

The formation of a restful garden room from a disused outbuilding in the garden of a 16th Centenary Listed Building In Lympne, Kent.  The client has lived in the property for some time and wanted a garden room retreat so that she could enjoy the garden all year round.

The scheme was to convert an adjacent disused outbuilding to form a functional but comfortable space.

Whilst this was a relatively simple proposition due to the listed nature of the host building the detailed design was subject to protracted discussions with the local authorities planning department.
